We are a trading company and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity according to the specification, quantity and price specified in the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Commodity: Russian Origin Mazut (M100 GOST 10585-99)
2. Quantity: 50,000 mt x 12 months, CIF China port
3. Specification: To be provided by the Seller
4. Target Price: 450 US Dollars
5. Destination: Lanshan Port
6. Shipment: Within 30-45 days after DLC accepted by the seller,
7. Payment: Irrevocable, 3- month Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit. The certification of inspection at destination port must be one of the payment documents.
8. PB: Non-operative 2% of each shipment value issued after signing the contract and activated by DLC.
