Dear Sir,

Our company is based in Cyprus and offices also in Athens, Greece. We are looking for a soft offer of used rails R50 R65 upto 75,000 MT per month please?

You can see below all the request terms from buyer;
1/ The origin must be from Europe, Canada, USA, Russia, (except Africa);
2/ The price must be USD$ 320.
3/ Yard visit must be allowed after signed the draft contract.
4/ POP must issued after draft contract BUT before Buyer issue the payment instruments.
5/ Also, the most important is that Seller he can operative and release the L/C after the goods arrives at the discharge port and the buyer shall pay by DLC 100 % to Seller's Bank within 3 working days from arrival at discharge port against B/L and SGS test protocol. That is the most insurance for the buyer.
